By using the services provided through Psychic Amber Lee and the website psychicamberlee.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service. These terms govern all readings, energy sessions, and consultations offered by Amber Lee.
Age Requirement
All clients must be at least 18 years of age. Bookings from individuals under 18 will be declined or cancelled.
Mental Health Disclosure
If you are undergoing treatment for any mental health condition that could influence your judgment or perception of intuitive guidance, Amber may request a brief discussion prior to the session to determine whether the session can proceed safely and appropriately.
Session Conduct & Discretion
Amber Lee maintains the right to end any session without refund if:
A spiritual or energetic connection cannot be established.
The session appears to be causing psychological distress.
The client behaves in a threatening, abusive, or highly disruptive manner, including yelling, profanity, or verbal outbursts.
If a session is terminated due to aggressive or inappropriate behavior, no refunds will be issued. If the session ends due to lack of connection, your booking will be refunded in full.
Amber also reserves the right to decline any booking at her discretion, in which case a full refund will be provided.
Reading Scope & Intent
Amber Lee does not offer readings related to:
Physical or mental health diagnoses
Life expectancy or death
Pregnancy outcomes
All guidance shared during a reading reflects current energies and intuitive impressions, which are subject to change based on personal choices and external influences. No outcome is guaranteed.
The client assumes full responsibility for how they choose to interpret and act on any insights provided. Services are for personal insight and empowerment only and are not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice.
Payment Policy
All services must be paid for in advance. Payments are accepted securely via PayPal, using either credit/debit cards or a PayPal account. Bookings made through non-approved methods, such as wire transfers or currency exchanges, will be declined.
Amber may request proof of identity if booking and payment information appear inconsistent. If identity verification cannot be confirmed, your booking will be canceled and refunded.
All email readings are delivered only to the email address linked to the payment method used.
Appointment Scheduling & Rescheduling
Missed appointments are generally not rescheduled or refunded. If you’re running late, Amber may offer the remaining time or a rescheduled slot at her discretion.
Appointments can be rescheduled once within a 24-hour notice window. Further missed or rescheduled sessions may result in forfeited fees and future bookings may be refused.
If Amber cancels due to illness or unexpected circumstances, you will be offered a new time slot.
Delivery of Email Readings
Email readings are processed within 12 to 24 business hours after both payment and the completed booking form are received. Delays caused by late or revised questions will shift your delivery window accordingly.
If there is a delay beyond the expected delivery time, Amber or her assistant will notify you with an updated timeframe.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are issued at Amber’s discretion. If you feel disconnected or dissatisfied during a live session, please speak up within the first 25% of your session time. A partial refund may be issued.
Once a session is completed—whether via phone, video, or email—no refunds will be issued.
Chargebacks
Initiating a PayPal chargeback after receiving a session will result in:
A permanent ban from Amber’s services and site
Submission of all booking records, communications, and readings to PayPal as evidence
Promotions & Discount Codes
Discount codes and special offers are valid only during their published promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively. Only one code may be used per client unless otherwise specified. It is the client’s responsibility to apply any codes at checkout.
Right to Refuse Service
Amber Lee retains the right to restrict access to her services and contact methods if a client engages in:
Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior
Repeated requests for free services
Misuse of personal or business contact channels
Future bookings from banned clients will be immediately refunded.
Service Descriptions & Expectations
By booking, you confirm that you have reviewed and understand the service description. Services will be delivered based on those descriptions only. Changes to the session type or topic will not be made after booking.
